Kääntötaulukko: Kääntötaulukko viimeiset 12 kuukautta -

Jos haluat luoda pivot-taulukon, joka näyttää viimeiset 12 kuukautta (eli rullaavat 12 kuukautta), voit lisätä lähdetietoihin apusarakkeen kaavalla viimeisten 12 kuukauden tietueiden merkitsemiseksi ja suodata sitten auttaja-sarakkeen avulla pivot-taulukon tiedot. Esitetyssä esimerkissä nykyinen päivämäärä on 23. elokuuta 2019, ja pivot-taulukko näyttää 12 kuukautta edellisen. Kun uusia tietoja lisätään ajan myötä, pivot-taulukko jatkaa edellisten 12 kuukauden seurantaa nykyisen päivämäärän perusteella.

Kentät

Esitetyssä pivot-taulukossa on kolme kenttää lähdetiedoissa: Päivämäärä, Myynti ja Suodatin. Suodatin on auttajapylväs, jonka kaava merkitsee viimeiset 12 kuukautta. Päivämäärä-kenttä on ryhmitelty vuoden ja kuukauden mukaan:

E5: ssä käytetty kaava, kopioitu alaspäin, on:

=AND(B5>=EOMONTH(TODAY(),-13)+1,B5

This formula returns TRUE when a date is greater than or equal to the first day of the month 12 months earlier and when the date is less than the last day of the previous month. The formula uses the AND, TODAY, and EOMONTH functions as explained here.

Steps

  1. Add helper column with formula to data as shown
  2. Create a pivot table
  3. Add Sales as a Value field
  4. Add Date as a Row field
  5. Group Date by Year and Month
  6. Disable subtotals for Year
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
